Heal Train helps you build and share a postpartum or recovery healing plan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We don’t sell your data.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email (or your Apple ID, via Sign in with Apple) so your plan is tied to your account.
- Plan info — the needs, providers, and details you add to your Heal Train, and any messages left on it.
- Guest activity — when someone supports a need via your share link (a signup, a contribution, or a gift-card claim), we store what they choose to share (e.g. a name or message). Guests aren’t required to create an account.
- Usage & diagnostics — in-app activity tied to your account and crash/error reports, used to operate, secure, and improve the app. Not used for advertising or tracking.
How we use it
- To display your plan to the guests you share your link with, and to track each need’s progress.
- To process money contributions via a third-party payment provider (Heal Train does not hold funds itself) or to link out to a provider’s own gift-card page.
- To keep your plan, needs, and contributions available on your account.
Your share link is the access boundary
Anyone with your plan’s share link can view it and support it. We do not display guest contact details or your address on the public plan view — only what’s needed for friends and family to help (first names, need details, and progress).
Where it’s stored
Account and plan data are stored on managed infrastructure (Cloudflare and a hosted Postgres database).
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and crash/error reporting), and only as required to provide the feature you used.
Your choices
You can edit or remove a need anytime in the app. To delete your account and associated data, email support@myhealtrain.com and we’ll remove it.
